Join Melissa Coulier and Melanie Samuels for a fun, engaging, and interactive Mighty Leader & Little Leader event, centered around their inspiring story, "Emma The Mighty Leader."
This special experience is designed to empower kids through mindful movement, nourishing foods, and breathwork—helping them grow into strong, confident leaders!
Your ticket is the purchase of one book per child. Kids ages 3-10 are welcome to join the fun, and parents attend for free!
What to Expect:
📖 Interactive Storytime & Coloring: Melissa and Melanie will read their book, Emma The Mighty Leader, followed by a creative coloring session.
🥕 Fuel for Mighty Leaders: A fun lesson on how food fuels our bodies, featuring snacks provided by Whole Foods.
🧘 Movement & Breath Exercise: Little learners and their mighty leaders will participate in simple stretching and breathing exercises to promote mindfulness and strength.
What to Bring:
🧘♀️ A yoga mat (if you have one; mats will be provided for those without).
👚 Comfortable workout attire with layers, as shoes and jackets will be removed before entering the studio.
